A plain-language view of who can see what, where AI is used, and what the platform measures. This page is meant to help coaches, sponsors, and clients understand the boundaries before they use the service.
Data visibility matrix
This matrix shows the default visibility model. Specific customer contracts can narrow or expand access where appropriate.

How AI is used
AI supports limited workflows. It does not replace human coaching judgment, and it should not be treated as the authority for consent, access, or disclosure decisions.
What AI can do
- Summarize supported content when the workflow explicitly enables it.
- Surface prompts, reminders, or structured follow-up suggestions.
- Help organize already-entered information for review by a human user.
What AI does not do
- It does not decide access for private coaching notes or reflections.
- It does not independently make disclosure, legal, or coaching authority decisions.
- It does not change the underlying visibility rules in the matrix above.
What the platform measures
The public claim is limited to follow-through and workflow signals, not personal or clinical outcomes.
Signals we may track
- Commitments created and completed.
- Reminders or nudges delivered and responded to.
- Completion timing, verification status, and evidence attachment.
- Aggregate usage trends for a customer-administered account.
What we do not claim
- Guaranteed coaching outcome or ROI from the platform alone.
- Clinical, psychological, or diagnostic conclusions.
- A substitute for professional coaching ethics, consent, or human judgment.
