FUNDED PROGRAMS

We deliver health or human services programs. We want to show our funders and other supporters that their contributions are making a measurable difference to the people we serve.

“WE KNOW WE ARE MAKING A DIFFERENCE”

Our funders are starting to ask whether their generous support of our health or human services programs is making a real difference. The best we can do is conduct surveys and relate compelling client success stories. However, we have no objective way to report on the outcomes and impact we are having on people’s lives.

“There are many reasons:”

  • The most valuable effect we have on people’s lives is often intangible and therefore not readily measurable with hard data.
  • There is no standardized methodology for measuring and reporting that can capture how we are making a difference.
  • We have limited tracking resources to monitor our patients’/clients’ progress throughout the program.
  • We lack resources for measurement and reporting.
  • We have no ability to recognize our staff’s, volunteers’, and donors’ generosity according to how their individual contributions are making a measurable difference.
  • We have limited tracking resources to monitor our patients’/clients’ progress throughout the program.
  • Our priority is helping people, so we try to avoid measurement and reporting compliance bureaucracy.
  • It is difficult to capture how we are helping our clients develop the soft skills, such as self-efficacy, that will allow them to adapt to future circumstances related to their health and prosperity.
  • We have no ability to track our patients’/clients’ progress after they leave the program, so we never really know the true impact we have had.

We strive to empower people with self-limiting behaviors with the ability to overcome them and showcase their authentic self and social worth in order to ease their access to education, employment, housing, insurance, credit, etc.

ENGAGEMENT

Award patients, clients, and volunteers with sponsor-branded social media badges and a reliability record for following through on their program-related commitment.

OUTCOMES

Track clients’ progress as they leverage their Commitment Portfolios to showcase their:
  • – earned program-related diligence badges
  • – Reliability Rating, Punctuality Rating, Confidence Score, and redeemable points
  • – authentic self and social worth to adjudicators when applying to schools, employers, landlords, creditors, insurers, etc.

IMPACT

Get actionable insights into patients’/clients’ post-program progress toward becoming self-sustaining.
Empower patients and clients with informal credentials about their accountability and authentic self/social worth to gain equitable access to education, employment, housing, insurance, credit, etc.

  • Incentivizing patients, clients, volunteers, and donor engagement
